Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PantryPro ("Platform"), operated by FeastFleet Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. By using our Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. While we aim for 10-minute delivery, actual times may vary based on demand, weather, and location. PantryPro is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on PantryPro are owned by FeastFleet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

PantryPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

1. Data We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, delivery address
• Payment Information: Processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; we do not store card details
• Usage Data: Browsing history, search queries, order history, device information
• Location Data: To provide accurate delivery estimates and service availability

• Processing and delivering your orders
• Communicating order updates and promotional offers
• Improving our services and personalizing your experience

3. Data Sharing

We share limited data with: delivery partners (name, address for delivery), payment processors (for transaction processing), and analytics providers (anonymized data only). We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Post account deletion, data is retained for up to 180 days for legal compliance before being permanently deleted.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, firewalls, and secure server infrastructure to protect your data.

Refund Policy

Effective: August 2026 | In accordance with Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Refund Eligibility

• Damaged Items: If items arrive damaged, report within 24 hours with photos for full refund or replacement
• Wrong Items: If incorrect items are delivered, we will arrange pickup and provide full refund
• Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, report within 24 hours for immediate refund
• Quality Issues: If fresh produce, dairy, or meat does not meet quality standards, report within 4 hours of delivery

Refund Timeline

• Refund to original payment method: 5-7 business days
• Refund to PantryPro wallet: Instant
• COD orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

• Items with broken seals (hygiene products, supplements)
• Items used or consumed partially
• Items returned beyond the specified timeframe

How to Request a Refund

1. Go to "My Orders" in the app or website
2. Select the order and item(s) for refund
3. Choose reason and upload photos if applicable
4. Submit request — we'll process within 24 hours

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the order is dispatched from our store. Full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched and the delivery partner is en route, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery at the door, and a partial refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued.

Partial Cancellation

You may cancel individual items from your order before dispatch. The remaining items will be delivered as scheduled.

Cancellation by PantryPro

We may cancel orders if items are out of stock, if there are payment issues, or in case of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, full refund is guaranteed within 3-5 business days.

PantryPro Plus Subscription

You may cancel your Plus membership anytime. The benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds for partial month usage.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Options

• Express Delivery (10 Minutes): Available in select zones within 3km of our dark stores. Delivery charge: ₹29 (Free for orders above ₹299 or PantryPro Plus members)
• Standard Delivery (2-4 Hours): Available across the city. Delivery charge: ₹19 (Free for orders above ₹499)
• Scheduled Delivery: Choose a 1-hour delivery slot up to 3 days in advance. Same charges as standard delivery.

Delivery Zones

PantryPro currently operates in 200+ cities across India. Enter your delivery pincode on the app or website to check availability.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed with appropriate insulation. Perishable items are packed with ice packs to maintain freshness. Fragile items are specially cushioned.

No-Contact Delivery

We offer a no-contact delivery option where the delivery partner places the order at your doorstep and notifies you. This can be selected during checkout.

Delivery Partner

Our delivery partners are trained in food safety and hygiene. They carry insulated bags to maintain product temperature during transit.

Complaint Process

1. Step 1: Contact our customer support team via app, email (support@pantrypro.in), or phone (+91 80 4567 8901)
2. Step 2: If not resolved within 48 hours, escalate to the Grievance Officer via email at grievance@pantrypro.in
3. Step 3: The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
4. Step 4: Resolution will be provided within 30 days of receiving the complaint
